We process all orders received by 2:00 PM EST the same day and in stock items are usually shipped within forty-eight hours.  After your order has shipped we will send an email with tracking information.  In-stock shipments should be received within seven to ten days, unless a quicker shipping method is chosen. Certain items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may require a longer shipping turnaround.

* We ship to all locations in the continental U.S., orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will require additional shipping.  Please contact us by email for the rate quote.   Sales Tax of 6.5% will be added to all orders shipped to Florida.  

Returns:

We want you to shop with confidence knowing that your purchase is 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If for any reason, you choose to return your order, we'll cheerfully refund your purchase price, help you with an exchange, or credit your account.  Our return policy is as follows:

• All returns must be pre-authorized by Geography Store-Online with an RAN number requested and written clearly on the package.
• Items must be in original, unused condition and returned in original packaging within 30 days of original receipt. 
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and the return postage must be prepaid by the buyer.
• We recommend that customers who are shipping a return at their own expense should purchase insurance - Geography Store-Online is not responsible for lost shipments or return shipment damages.
• Damaged Shipments:  In the event that your shipment arrives with damage to to shipper, you must contact the shipping company or Geography Store-Online customer service within 14 days of delivery.  We will arrange to have a replacement item shipped at that time, and assist in any claims with the carrier.    Failure to report damage within 15 days may result in denial of claims.

Purchase Orders: 

Geography Store-Online currently limits Purchase Orders to Schools with valid Purchase Order numbers and adequate contact information.  Purchase orders must be on a standard form and signed by the appropriate authority with phone and fax number clearly identified.
